We offer a limited money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website.

 

We offer a full product replacement for products damaged in shipping or products that don't meet quality standards. We do NOT offer money-back for products you receive and decide you no longer like. We will however replace it with a different scent, if it is unused; these items must be returned within 5-7 business days in order to be eligible for replacement.

  You are eligible for a refund if you received a damaged product or a product that doesn't meet quality standards. You will receive a full reimbursement or replacement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund or replacement. We encourage our customers to inspect all products as soon as received in order for us to issue a refund or replacement product.
